Real
Real World Performance tests.

Not bad numbers considering she is no SSD, but what she is, is the perfect companion for your SSD, increasing your storage capacity without sacrificing too much speed.

Featuring a massive Cache limit and super-fast ready time makes this one HDD to want to have!

Temperature (°C, on the base casting):

  • Operating: 0 to 60
  • Non-operating: -40 to 65
HDD to SSD
Works well with an SSD.

Given that laptops get quite hot with all those parts tucked in together tightly, you can rest assured that this little Blue will maintain its composure through.

Acoustics (dBA)8:

  • Idle: 19
  • Seek (average): 21

Another unfortunate side effect that laptops tend to have is noisy. Given how compact they are and how close and personal you get with your laptop the sounds generated from it can be quite loud at times all things considered.

SSD to HDD
She can handle receiving big loads just as well!

Above you can see that what they offer is quite silent and putting it to the test proved just that.

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

Owning one of these beauties will surely increase your performance and user experience drastically. Offering silent but pure performance always goes hand in hand, and this is exactly what is offered here. The high cache limit is more than impressive, and makes those sweet transfer rates look even better.

So
So Sleek…

An absolute perfect stand in when an SSD is not an option.
